Privacy Policy

HavenLabs LLC runs several brands, including HavenVault, HavenReach and Fireside. This policy covers how we handle information when you interact with those brands, especially through their Instagram and Facebook accounts.

What this covers

It covers our social accounts, including @hvn.vault, @hvn.reach and @firesideai.app and their Facebook Pages. It also covers the internal software we use to manage them, which connects to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official API.

Some of our brands have their own websites and apps with their own privacy policies (for example havenvault.net/privacy and Shank'd). Where a brand has its own policy, that policy governs what you share on that site or app.

Information we receive

• Messages you send to one of our accounts, including message requests.
• Comments you leave on our posts, and posts where you mention or tag us.
• Basic public profile information Meta provides with those messages and comments, such as your username, name and profile picture.
• Aggregated statistics about our own posts and accounts (reach, engagement). These do not identify you.
• Anything you choose to tell us directly, such as an email address or details about a project.

We do not receive your password, and we cannot see your activity elsewhere on Instagram or Facebook.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your messages and comments.
• To keep track of conversations with people interested in our services, so we follow up when we said we would and don't contact you twice about the same thing.
• To plan and publish posts, and to understand which posts are useful.

We use software, including AI tools, to help sort messages and draft replies. That software works only on behalf of HavenLabs and only for these purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the contents of your messages to target advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that run our tools: Meta, which operates Instagram and Facebook; our hosting and database providers; and the AI provider that helps draft replies. Each receives only what that job needs. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep a conversation for as long as it's useful for working with you. After that we delete it, and we delete it sooner if you ask. Messages also remain in Instagram or Facebook under Meta's own policies, which we don't control.

Deleting your data

To have us delete what we hold about you, email aniken@havenlabs.dev with the subject "Delete my data". Include your Instagram or Facebook username. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction, the same way.

Children

Our accounts are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
